We specialise in building bridges between music professionals, conferences, and export offices, offering tailored support in programming and delegate coordination. With experience across multiple global markets, we create meaningful exchanges that drive artist development, industry growth, and international collaboration.
Conference Programming
We help conferences stand out by curating panels, booking speakers, and shaping schedules that reflect today’s most pressing conversations in the music industry. Our role is to collaborate with organisers to ensure programming is inclusive, forward-thinking, and delivers real value for both artists and professionals. Highlights include leading the international conference programming at Future Echoes (Sweden) and Golden Melody Festival (Taiwan), and supporting festivals such as Pro Weekend (Spain), Breakout West (Canada), and Wide Days (Scotland). We work alongside your current programming team, or if you’re in need, we become your programming team.
We design and deliver delegate programmes that connect influential industry professionals with international markets. Working closely with booking teams, we manage tailored delegate invitations, prepare participants with cultural and market insights, schedule key meetings, and provide on-site support. The result is that delegates maximise their time, make meaningful connections, and unlock new opportunities for international growth.
